Goodness’ experience
There were ten students that were selected from the college and I being one of them really came as privilege. I did not know what to expect there but was grateful that I had been selected.
often the case, cos we dont truly know how far more is there to dig, this happens in business because we follow the hunch not knowing how real it really is! what stops those stones on the way to the diamonds from being used before you get to the end of another beginning!!
often we dont realize that in search for the dream, we let go of that cash flow that allows sustainability of the vision itself!

Physiological Needs
A person’s physiological needs include air, food, water, shelter, sleep etc. Physiological needs are the difference between life and death. A business also has physiological needs : they need suppliers to provide raw materials as inputs, workers to process these raw materials and clients to buy the resulting outputs. Without all three the company will eventually die.
i had to google up the definition of merit: CLAIM TO RESPECT AND PRAISE; EXCELLENCE; WORTH. Now this is not possible to evaluate just from an interview! it is a long process of assessment while working alongside your colleagues and bringing value over time! Merit retains you for the job, it dosnt qualify you for the job! Besides this we do have gate keepers and many bosses that do not know how to get the right talent, nor do they start the process of employment properly!
